A young woman reading a script...

In the morning of November 21, 1971 I was riding a rapid-transit to high-school. A young woman reading a script was in the back of me. I asked about the script and she said it was for the movie Two People, that she and Peter Fonda would be in. She introduced herself as Lindsay Wagner (and said that her name could be remembered by thinking of two mayors of New York) and I said to her, "If your name's ever in the lights, I'll remember you." She thanked me and we talked for a while. I left the rapid and noticed her kissing the man she was sitting next to, probably Al Rider, her (first) husband. I have followed Lindsay's career ever since and watched The Bionic Woman much more than the Six Million Dollar Man show. I loved her performance as Jaime, and also liked seeing her in later movies, many of which were issue-oriented. I'm glad to be in this club. (Bionicfans Yahoo! Groups)
