Jason Peale (Claude Akins), a con man who works with his daughter Laurie (Lindsay Wagner), tries one more caper in 'Dark Journey.' But it goes sour, when some local hoods catch on and force him to help them in a big robbery. The FBI catches up to him, mostly because they learn of his passion for ginseng tea but partly through his random purchase of a diamond ring.
