LOS ANGELES (Reuter) - The husband of actress Lindsay Wagner, star of the television series The Bionic Woman, has sued for divorce and an equal share of the couple's community property.

Lawyers for the husband, 33-year-old actor Michael Brandon, said Tuesday he is seeking a share of the earnings and royalties received by Miss Wagner, 29. The lawyers estimat the amount to be at least $1-milliom. According to the divorce petition filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, community property includes a $34,000 income tax refund and properties in California and Idaho.

Brandon and Miss Wagner were married in Los Angeles in December, 1976.
