Rumours continue to waft that Lindsay Wagner and Jack Haley Jr. are on their way to the altar. Both insist the stories are untrue. The way Lindsay spells it out, `We just have a very, very nice relationship and we`re not planning to get married right now.`

One of the things the former `Bionic Woman` likes best about her relationship Liza Minelli`s ex-husband is, she says, ``There`s no pressure. He understands the business and he`s not always wanting and demanding more time than I can give. It`s a nice friendship and I think that`s the most improtant of any relationship.``

The actress who ended her marriage to actor Michael Brandon in 1978 says she is very anxious to start a family, ``but I don`t think I should do that until I`m ready to put in all the time and energy I`d want to, and with the new surge in my career, I`m not ready.``

Lindsay left Thursday for the New York location of Sylvester Stallone`s `Attack`film. She also has the TV translation of Judith Krantz` `Scruples` beginning its six-hour CBS run on February 25.

``I`m concentrating hard on work right now,`` she says, but she does make the comment, ``Far be it from me to question if the Lord Almighty decides its time.`` Time for Lindsay to change her mind about marriage and such.
