Hard- castle and McCormick's Daniel Hugh Kelly will star in ABC's drama In This Fallen City. The tough drama focuses on an older couple, played by Barnard Hughes and Geraldine Fitzgerald, whose refusal to help a teen-aged boy results in his murder. Kelly plays the boy's teacher, who is determined to expose the "bad Samaritans" . . . . Lindsay Wagner heads for Vancouver this month to begin work on an NBC movie, A Stranger in My Bed. She plays an amnesiac . . . . The Jeffersons' Sherman Hemsley makes another try at series television with NBC's Amen. The half- hour pilot stars Hemsley as a "devil-may-care" deacon of a small black church . . . . Andy Griffith is on hold to star in four more telefilms based on the character he created in the movie Matlock. He plays a country lawyer who specializes in murder cases.
