Once a psychiatrist, always a psychiatrist? Ask Lindsay Wagner. Wagner, who played a psychologist for a big-city police department in last season's short-lived "Jessie" on ABC, is returning to the profession. In "Late Bloomer," Wagner plays a former actress who has gone back to school to become a psychologist. CBS has ordered six episodes of the sitcom, being spun off from an episode of the network's "Kate and Allie."
