Novelist Barbara Taylor Bradford's husband, Robert Bradford, has produced and aired her Woman of Substance and Hold the Dream best sellers as TV movies. In a year's time, he plans to make miniseries of her Voice of the Heart, which will begin production July 18 with Lindsay Wagner, James Brolin, Victoria Tennant and Ian McShane; Act of Will, which will go into production in November; and To Be the Best.
