CBS' entry is "Nightmare at Bitter Creek" starring Lindsay Wagner and Tom Skeritt, with Constance McCashin, Joanna Cassidy and Janne Mortil. Skeritt is the guide for a group of women on a wilderness adventure that turns into a life-and-death struggle when armed extremists begins to stalk them. The movie, filmed in Mount Seymour Provincial Park north of Vancouver, B.C., marks the American television debut of Australian director Tim Burstall.
