A Somerville attorney and the director of the Rhode Island Rape Crisis Center will see themselves -- or, rather, see how TV sees them -- on the CBS movie "Sins of Silence" tonight at 9 on Chs. 4 and 12. The made-for-TV movie is based on the 1983 case in which Peg Langhammer, head of the crisis center, was jailed for defying a judge's order to turn over notes from counseling sessions with a rape victim. The girl later agreed to have her records released, and Langhammer was freed. But she is thought to have been the first person in the country jailed for refusing to relinquish such records, which she maintained are as confidential as medical records. Langhammer's attorney, Jan Sallinger, said she has not seen the film, but will have friends over tonight to watch it. Actress Lindsay Wagner portrays Langhammer; Cynthia Sikes plays Sallinger.
