Emmy award winning Hollywood actress Lindsay Wagner (star of the cult TV series Bionic Woman) will be coming to Cleveland to host two 'Quiet the Mind, Open the heart' workshops at Rigwood House in Saltburn. The two day workshops will be held on May 2nd & 3rd and May 16th & 17th 2009 – 1pm – 6pm both days. Cost is £175 per person (accommodation not included) Early bird discount £165 for registration and payment before April 15th.

For more than 40 years Lindsay has studied healing. Her holistic workshops combine psychology, spirituality and healing touch. The 'Quiet the Mind, Open the Heart' workshop is designed to do just that. When the mind is more quiet we become more focused and effective, more patient and creative. In the workshop we work on recognising thoughts and perspectives that we carry within us that cause us more pain than our actual circumstances. Participants will be educated in a technique working with the acupressure points to release stress, negative emotions and unwanted responses and the beautiful experience of the oneness blessing, a healing energy meditation set to music, is laced throughout the workshop.
