Three day workshop with a follow up sesion on 28th June. The workshop with Lindsay Wagner, The Bionic Woman, will include exploring conscious and unconscious programming and how we perceive life through the stencil of the mind, discussing how our perspectives and over active thinking are the source of our suffering rather than the circumstance itself, and the teaching of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a simple yet effective technique for relaxation and releasing negative emotions and undesired responses, in this instance, dealing specifically with issues facing Carers. The Oneness Meditation, a healing meditation set to music, will be laced throughout the workshop, giving a true holistic experience.
