US actor to run Meath health workshops

American actor Lindsay Wagner is in Ireland this month to lead two weekend workshops entitled Quiet The Mind and Open the Heart.

The workshops aim to help participants access a natural sense of peace and joy and realise that many every day habits often have a negative impact on others and ourselves. They will be held in Bellinter House, Navan, Co Meath on June 13th and 14th and June 20th and 21st. They cost €195 per weekend workshop.
