She is what she teaches: 'Quiet the mind and open the heart,' and that is what we are all about as BraveHeart Women.In Lindsay's interview with Ellie she spoke about 'transcending one's current consciousness'. She illustrated to Ellie, using muscle testing, that we are indeed stronger when our energies are about love, compassion and inclusiveness. Lindsay also illustrated that we weaken ourselves, our emotional stability and immune system when our energies are about resentment, arrogance and self-righteousness. This interview is worth watching, in my opinion, more than once. Such fascinating questions Ellie asks. And, fascinating answers from our beloved Lindsay.
